The Opportunity An opportunity for a high performing Strategic Account Executive with several years' retail sector sales experience, to join a fast growing UK/EMEA team. Thecompany delivers solutions to leading grocery and speciality retailers that drive productivity, improve workforce engagement and reduce costs. Capitalising on a recent round of investment and with a strategy for rapid expansion backed by a comprehensive range of solutions, this is a fantastic opportunity to win new business and develop existing accounts whilst achieving six figure rewards. Guide is £220k OTE uncapped including £110k guaranteed base. Remote based anywhere in the UK with frequent travel to meetings and events. This is a pivotal role for a senior sales professional who understands the nuances of retail store operations. The solution suite has three core elements Workforce management (including labour modelling, forecasting, budgetting, scheduling and Time and Attendance) Store Execution (including Task Management and Employee Communication) Fresh Operations, including Demand driven production planning, waste control, inventory replenishment for fresh sections, and food safety and compliance).
