A highly established company based in Southam is looking for a hands-on Stores Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage a team of store operatives.

Full driving license required (role may involve deliveries/collections).

Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock rotation.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure correct labelling, storage, and handling of goods.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of store operatives, providing coaching and feedback.
Coordinate stocktakes, cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company procedures, and quality standards.
Support process improvements and collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues.Skills & Experience:

Proven warehouse/stores experience with supervisory or team-leadership responsibilities.
Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills.
Competent with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of warehouse procedures and health & safety requirements.
Full driving license required (role will involve deliveries/collections).
Forklift license and ERP/WMS experience desirable.
Lean or continuous improvement background
