What Youll Be Doing as a Stores Operative

• Supporting the efficient running of Production Stores and WIP (Work In Progress) Stores

• Picking, moving, and issuing materials to support production requirements

• Ensuring stock is stored accurately and safely

• Maintaining goodstock control and inventory accuracy

• Working closely with colleagues to support On Time In Full (OTIF) production requirements

• Maintaining high housekeeping and 5S standards within the stores areas

• Assisting with general stores duties and supporting the wider team where required

What Were Looking for as a Stores Operative

Essential:

• A hardworking and reliable approach to work

• Ability to adapt and work across multiple stores areas

• Comfortable working within a small, close-knit team

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills

• A proactive attitude and willingness to support production operations

Desirable:

• Forklift licence (training may be provided for the right candidate and may be subject to a training agreement)

• Previous stores, warehouse, or materials handling experience
