Blue Arrow Edinburgh are recruiting for a temporary Stores Officer for our Public Sector client located in Edinburgh City Centre. The ideal candidate will have: * Previous experience in a stores or warehouse environment. * Experience in using ERP/Stock/E-Procurement systems to receive and issue goods. * Good level of health and safety awareness. * Positive attitude to work with the ability to work within a team of stores officers. * Flexibility to work between sites when required. This position is for 6 months initially, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities Receive, check and put away stock deliveries Pick and issue materials as required Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies Keep the stores area clean, organised and safe Support regular stock takes Follow health & safety and company procedures at all times Skills & Experience Previous stores or warehouse experience desirable Good attention to detail and basic record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
