We're Hiring: Stores Administrator Location: Medway Full-Time
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take control of stores and logistics? Join our dynamic team as a Stores Administrator and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stock and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for order fulfilment Pack goods ready to be dispatched out to Customers Liaise with courier companies to arrange collections and delivery of products Ensure the store area is clean, well-organised, and compliant with health and safety regulationsWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience in stores or inventory administration Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) High attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision Forklift license (advantageous but not essential)This is initially a temporary role with an opportunity to become permanent for the right person. The hours of work are 8.30am - 4.45p Monday to Friday. There will be some heavy lifting on occasions.
