Qualifications required
Retail management and commercial experience with strong customer service skills. Ability to lead and deliver a company strategy, implementing it in store to drive strong performance results. Ability to work at pace and adapt to the changing needs of the customer. Collaborative, team‑centred personality. Passion for continual learning and development. Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
Desirable skills
Comfort with navigating and embracing new technology. Experience with a retirement savings plan (Boots Retirement Savings Plan). Understanding of discretionary annual bonus structure. Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay and gift card for expecting or adopting a child. Store location and hours Need to Know: The Wednesbury store is a large Edge of Town store between Walsall & Wolverhampton with easy access from the M6 Junction 9. It is situated on a significant retail park amongst other retailers. All roles in the store are fully appointed with a mix of experienced colleagues and newer team members. The store trades Mon‑Sat 9:00‑20:00 and Sunday 10:30‑16:30 – the pharmacy is open only until 18:00 on Saturdays. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced smaller store manager who is looking for a bigger team and business or an experienced larger store assistant manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
