Store Manager – Drive Sales, People and Performance in a Design-Led Retail Environment

Position

This is a commercially focused, hands-on Store Manager role responsible for the overall performance, people leadership and operational execution of a retail store. You will run the store as a high-performing business, not simply oversee day-to-day activity, taking ownership of sales targets, customer experience and team development.

Leading from the shop floor, you will drive performance through clear actions, coach and motivate your team, and ensure the store consistently delivers a premium customer journey. Working closely with the wider retail leadership team, you will also maintain operational standards, showroom presentation and contribute insights to support the continued growth of the retail estate.

Candidate

The successful candidate will have experience in a sales-led retail environment, with strong commercial awareness and a passion for leading high-performing teams.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager
• Commercially minded with confidence owning targets and KPIs
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Visible, hands-on leader who enjoys being on the shop floor
• Organised, disciplined and operationally strong
• Able to manage performance and drive accountability
• Customer-focused with a commitment to premium service
• Ambitious and motivated by progression
