Ariane London is recruiting a Store Manager to lead the opening of Figaret Paris’ first London boutique.

Founded in 1968, Figaret embodies the art of shirtmaking, elevating it to an icon of the wardrobe while combining classic heritage with contemporary vitality.

The brand offers a complete range of shirts for men and women, designed to accompany every moment of life, as well as ready-to-wear pieces and accessories created to form timeless silhouettes.

With a strong network of boutiques and department stores in France, Figaret is also present in Belgium and Switzerland and operates an international e-commerce website.

Figaret Paris is experiencing strong growth, supported by the investment fund Experienced Capital (Oh My Cream, Dynamo, etc.).

Your role

·       Recruit, train and lead a high-performing sales team

·       Drive sales, KPIs and customer loyalty

·       Ensure smooth daily operations and services

·       Implement visual merchandising and brand standards

·       Act as a key link with head office in Paris

Your profile

·       Successful experience as a Store Manager in premium fashion retail

·       Strong leadership and commercial skills

·       Passion for customer experience

·       French is a plus

·       Store opening experience appreciated
