  • Work with the Social Media Manager to drive store visibility and engagement
  • Build hype around the new store opening and ongoing activity
  • Develop strong links within the local community to grow brand presence

Inventory Management

  • Oversee stock levels and work closely with the stock team to ensure strong product offering
  • Monitor sell-through and identify opportunities to drive performance across categories

Staffing

  • Manage rotas, payroll and team scheduling efficiently
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels to support a high-energy store environment

  • Deliver an exceptional, community-driven in-store experience
  • Build relationships with customers and create a loyal following in a new city

  • Play a key role in establishing Y2K Vintage in Leeds
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand as we expand beyond London
  • Contribute ideas and strategy to support continued growth

Coordination with Company Founders

  • Work closely with founders on store performance, strategy and opportunities
  • Be a key voice in shaping the future of the brand during this scaling phase

Desired experience:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, ideally in fashion or vintage
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a team from the ground up
  • Commercially driven with a strong understanding of KPIs and sales strategy
