Key Responsibilities:

As the Store Manager, you will:

• Lead the store from the front, delivering outstanding customer service and sales
• Coach and develop your team to build confidence and expertise
• Take full ownership of store performance, operations, and visual standards
• Work closely with the workshop to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Represent the store within the local cycling community and online

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
• Passion for cycling (Cytec qualifications desirable but not essential)
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales performance, and team management
• Confident, hands-on leader capable of driving results and inspiring a team
• Highly organised with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
