About the Company



For an important Client Brand operating in the Luxury sector (Lifestyle segment), we have been commissioned to search for a Store Manager for the point of sale located in the center of London.



About the Role



The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Store's performance and the Brand Ambassador in the area. They will be responsible for driving Business Development, ensuring an excellent Customer Experience, and coordinating a professional team with an approach oriented towards Clienteling and CRM.



Responsibilities



  • Business & Client Development: Constant Monitoring of KPIs, Sales Trend Analysis, and implementation of Retention Strategies (Clienteling).
  • Brand Ambassador: Brand Identity Protection and guarantee of image and service standards defined by the parent company.
  • Operational: Full Supervision of Operational processes, Stock Management, and Compliance with company procedures.
  • People Management: Recruiting, Training, and Professional Development of the sales team.


Qualifications



  • Education: Three-year university degree or equivalent education.


Required Skills



  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in the role.
  • Leadership: Proven capacity for People Management and Mentoring skills.
  • Competencies: Solid Business Acumen, Passion for the lifestyle/fashion product, and organizational skills.
