As we prepare to open our brand‑new store in Manchester, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience reflective of the P. Louise brand. Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Flagship Store Manager to take full ownership of the store's performance and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a high‑performing beauty or cosmetics retail store, with a passion for people, product, and performance. This is a pivotal role, especially at the exciting launch of our flagship location, and requires someone who is fully flexible and 100% committed. Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve all sales and performance targets. Oversee all aspects of the store’s daily operations, including visual merchandising, stock control, and scheduling. Ensure the store reflects the P. Louise brand identity and delivers a consistent and immersive brand experience. Train and develop team members to maintain a high standard of service and professionalism. Monitor store KPIs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the values and vision of P Louise at all times. Drive the launch and ongoing success of the store, ensuring it becomes a destination for beauty enthusiasts.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management, with a strong preference for beauty or cosmetics industry experience. Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong understanding of visual merchandising, customer service excellence, and retail operations. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Fully flexible with working hours and committed to the success of the store. Passionate about beauty, trends, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
