Location & Hours Welling; 39 hours per week; full‑time with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends (details discussed at interview). Salary £35,350 per annum plus generous bonus scheme. Responsibilities
Maintain store standards and audit processes. Ensure customer service and sales standards are the best on the high street. Lead and inspire the team toward success and build connections with the local community.

Qualifications
