We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Pop-Up Store Manager to lead our London retail pop-up for the summer season.

Key Responsibilities

\t•\tLead the day-to-day running of the pop-up store

\t•\tDeliver a high level of personalised customer service aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning

\t•\tDrive sales and maximise conversion through strong product knowledge and client engagement

\t•\tManage and support a small team of sales assistants, including rota planning and training

\t•\tMaintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is presented to a premium level at all times

\t•\tOversee stock management, replenishment, and daily reporting

\t•\tHandle customer queries and resolve any issues with professionalism

Profile

\t•\tPrevious experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Sales Associate in a premium or luxury retail environment

\t•\tStrong sales skills with a confident, client-focused approach

\t•\tExcellent communication and leadership abilities

\t•\tHighly organised, proactive, and hands-on

\t•\tAble to work independently in a fast-paced, small team environment
