Candidate must be fully flexible to work 5 days out of 7 per week. This role will involve basic computer literacy. Shifts will be 9.15am to 17.15pm. Responsibilities As a Store Manager you will be accountable for your store's performance, maximising sales through physical and digital channels, and achieving store targets by leading an inclusive and diverse team that consistently demonstrates the BHF values. Our stores trade 7 days a week; you will need to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. The role is fast‑paced, hands‑on and involves physical demands due to collections, deliveries and donations. Qualifications and Experience

Experience working in a customer‑facing role in retail, hospitality or service industry Experience of leading, motivating and developing teams Commercial awareness Ability to achieve sales targets Committed to achieving the highest retail standards at all times Able to work under own initiative and take a proactive approach to changing business needs and objectives Thrives working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment An understanding of budgets and P&L
