The Role

Ownership of store performance, KPIs and commercial results
Lead from the front through confident, proactive selling
Build, coach and develop a high-performing team
Drive conversion, ATV and overall sales standards
Maintain exceptional store presentation and operational standards

Proven experience managing a retail store and leading a team
