Store Manager Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the retail store
Recruit, train and develop a high performing retail team
Lead from the shop floor, delivering outstanding customer service
Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance across all areas of retail
Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed in line with brand guidelines
Manage stock, compliance and all retail operational processes
Work closely with senior leadership to deliver seasonal plans and growth strategies

About You

Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong retail leader
Strong background in fashion or lifestyle retail
Passionate about customer experience and driving sales in retail
Confident people manager with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Hands on, organised and commercially focused Store Manager
