Job Summary £46,000- £66,000 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme As a Lidl Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of your store and keep customers happy while developing and inspiring your team. You’ll lead from the front, guide the store to success, hit targets, solve problems, and champion your team to reach their full potential. Responsibilities
Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values. Confidently create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work. Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store’s KPIs. Optimise processes and solve problems to keep your store running like clockwork and your team focused on their tasks. Ensure excellent customer service is given to everyone who shops with us.
Qualifications
Experience leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast‑paced environment. Excellent time‑management, delegation, and problem‑solving skills. A pride in offering unmatched support to your customers and your team through every shift. Strong communication skills to tackle even the trickiest conversations. The confidence to monitor, manage and improve your store’s key performance indicators.
