An experienced Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior retail leader from a fast-paced retail or hospitality background Highly results-focused, motivated by exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to communicate clear expectations and standards Flexible and willing to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home to support nearby stores when required Proactive and solution-focused, with proven experience prioritising workloads, delegating effectively, and developing high-performing teams
Store Manager - Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading, recruiting, and developing a motivated store team to consistently exceed performance expectations Overseeing all store operations, ensuring strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards Driving exceptional customer service, effective stock management, and smooth day-to-day operations through structured planning Delivering a clear and effective operating plan to achieve strong sales performance and maximise profitability Conducting annual performance reviews, setting challenging objectives, and supporting team development to drive continued growth
