What you'll do
- Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values - Confidently create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work - Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store's KPIs - Optimise processes and solving problems to keep your store running like clockwork and your team focused on their tasks - Make sure that excellent Customer Service is given to everyone who shops with us
What you'll need
- Experience leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast-paced environment - Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills - A pride in offering unmatched support to your customers and your team through every shift - Strong communication skills to tackle even the trickiest conversations - The confidence to monitor, manage and improve your store's key performance indicators
