Store Manager - Harlow Join to apply for the Store Manager - Harlow role at Co‑op. This role is based in Manor Hatch, Harlow, and is a permanent full‑time position.
Base Pay Range Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 per annum plus a generous benefits package. Additional benefits include an annual bonus (based on personal and business performance) and 36 days of holiday (including bank holidays, rising with service). Responsibilities
Empower your team to deliver excellent service, personally promoting the Co‑op difference to customers and members. Build an inclusive culture where everyone can speak up and share their views. Develop your team through regular performance conversations to help them reach their potential. Ensure the store is safe, legal, and operational. Manage and optimise commercial performance, recruit new team members, and handle HR processes.
Qualifications
Experience guiding and developing a team in a busy, service‑focused environment. Strong communication skills, able to coach, motivate, and inspire. Resilience and great problem‑solving skills. Ability to understand and analyse commercial information. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team in delivering store activities.
