We're recruiting a Store Manager to lead a busy, high-footfall bakery in the Lake District . This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys running a tight operation, building a strong team and delivering great customer experiences every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store
Leading, developing and motivating your team
Driving sales, performance and customer experience
Managing rotas, stock, costs and compliance
Keeping standards high and the store running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Proven Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager experience
Background in retail, bakery, café or quick-service environments
A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the shop floor
Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
Someone who brings energy, positivity and pride to their store
Salary up to £35,000
