What you'll be doing
Your full‑time role is packed with responsibility. You'll manage a convenience store team of Customer and Trading Managers, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and steer daily operations to meet business, safety and legal standards. You'll plan and prepare trading activity, anticipate future needs, make commercial decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Criteria
Show customer experience excellence and means to improve journeys.
Manage a fast‑paced operation with results across service, sales and team performance.
Use insight to make smart decisions that improve store performance and customer experience.
Navigates employee relations confidently, including dismissals, applying HR policies with consistency and care.
Help others step up and succeed by developing leadership capability.
Lead through change – keeping the team motivated and focused.
