Lead a team to create a customer experience best in the market, aligned with the Morrisons brand, and continuously innovate to serve customers better. Maximise commercial performance, treating the store as your own business and seeking ways to improve offering. Lead all people activities: recruitment, induction, training, development, and foster an inclusive culture where everyone is empowered to deliver great customer service. Build and manage relationships, understanding the important role the store plays in the local community.
About You
A passion for spotting and developing talent. Ability to coach, motivate and inspire to create a successful team culture. Ability to influence, listen and understand other perspectives to inspire and think broadly about new ways of doing things. Hands‑on willingness to support the team in delivering store objectives. High resilience and problem‑solving skills.

About Us Morrisons acquired the McColl’s business in 2022. Our convenience proposition consists of a network of 1,004 convenience stores and newsagents. Our stores are made up of Morrisons Daily, McColl’s, Martins and R S McColl stores across England, Scotland, and Wales. Our aim is to be Your Favourite Neighbourhood Shop, providing a great range of quality everyday products and services, close to where people live, so we’re always available when customers need us. Store Hours and Post Office Check Store hours will be driven by customer and business needs, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and flexibility is required. Some stores offer local post office services; candidates may need to undergo a P250 check including financial verification by the Post Office, which is mandatory to start employment.
