This senior leadership role is responsible for driving commercial performance, overseeing daily store operations, and cultivating long-term client relationships within a competitive luxury retail environment. As Store Director, you will lead and develop a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional client experience, and achieve sales targets through strategic clienteling, proactive networking, and strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients. This role requires a commercially driven leader with refined management and luxury service expertise. About You
Proven experience in a senior management role within luxury retail, ideally fine jewellery or luxury Swiss watches Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching, performance management, and team development Demonstrated success in selling high-value items and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets Passionate about building and maintaining a strong network and an established VIP client base Extensive experience in clienteling and CRM strategy to drive long-term business growth Ability to define, deliver, and continuously elevate an exceptional client experience Commercially astute with experience growing existing business through strategic sales initiatives and stakeholder engagement Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury retail management
