Our Health & Wellbeing Coach role (specialising in Smoking Cessation) is an exciting new position within our One You service and might be perfect for you!

Role Responsibilities

1. Deliver evidence-based, structured, and tailored support to smokers across Cheshire East.
2. Record intervention data accurately, including electronic paperwork.
3. Support all aspects of Health and Wellbeing delivery, including brief interventions and signposting to additional support services.
4. Attend outreach sessions and deliver training across Cheshire East.
5. Manage NRT products and ensure compliance with contract specifications and medicines management.

Candidate Requirements

• Confident communicator comfortable with individuals and small groups.
• Experience in behaviour change or coaching preferred.
• Flexible and willing to travel across Cheshire East.
• NCST qualification is desirable but full training will be provided if not held.

Additional Information

Location: Across Cheshire East

Salary: Grade F - £25,707 per annum pro rata

Hours: 18.5 hours per week (Part Time)
