Job purpose:

To support andwork closely with the Store Operation Manager/Store Manager and Stockroom Supervisorto maximise sales potential through the effective management of stock.

Key responsibilities:

Stock / Stockroom

• To achieve and maintain the highest standards within the store stockroom,
• To ensure that the shop floor is replenished to agreed levels and timescales.
• To ensure that all deliveries are received in accordance with the Company guidelines and that any movement of stock is accurately recorded.
• To ensure that all stockrooms are secure at all times and that a Health and Safety procedures are followed.
• To ensure accurate daily handover is communicated daily to the Store Operation Manager/Store Manager/Stockroom Supervisor.
• To ensure all pending tasks and correct Company procedures are followed accordingly with the information provided through trainings, meetings, and daily emails.

Store Profitability

• To reduce stock loss, through effective use of security resources.

Health & Safety

• To know and understand the Company Health and Safety policy and ensure it is followed at all times.
• To protect both customer and staff from any breach of Health and Safety.

General

• To carry out any other duties as requested by the Company to ensure the successful performance of the store such as:
• Supporting the store and the floor operations
• Covering flexible shifts patterns as required.
• Giving support to the other Benetton Stores whenever required.

Requirements:

• IT literate on retail operating systems an advantage
• Product knowledge
• Flexible when required
• Hold a valid driving license
