This is a mainly warehouse-based role with some office and administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring stock accuracy and supporting smooth warehouse operations\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nChecking stock location accuracy, including counting stock and ensuring items are stored in the correct locations\nCarrying out stock investigations and supporting stock management activities\nAssisting with Returns processes (training provided), which will involve heavy lifting\nHandling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails in a polite and confident manner\nUsing initiative to identify and resolve any issues that may arise\nLiaising closely with the DTH Customer Service Team to ensure all issues are logged and resolved quickly and efficientlyAbout You\n\nThe ideal candidate will:\n\nHave previous experience in a warehouse environment\nBe confident using MS Office and email\nHave a positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills\nBe willing to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities\nBe able to work independently and use their own initiativeAdditional Requirements\n\nAn MHE licence is highly desirable\nWillingness to be trained is essential, with onsite training availableWhat We Offer\n\nA supportive team environment\nOnsite training, including MHE and Returns processes\nA stable Monday to Friday working patternPay for this Stock Control Administrator is £12.42 per hour\n\nEasy to apply!
