My client is seeking to onboard a team of qualified Stock Condition and DEA for an ongoing contract with. This project focuses on revisiting the same property list as last year, primarily targeting previously unaccessed properties and those where tenants did not grant access. Role Overview:Conduct surveys on residential properties across designated London areasEngage with tenants to gain access, including some door knocking where requiredWorking hours: Evenings (3:00pm 9:00pm) and weekends12 MONTH CONTRACT (ROLLING)Locations: West, North West, South West, and East LondonStart date: Expected by 13th/20th AprilAppointments: Pre-booked by the client, with additional door knocking as neededEquipment provided: ID badges, calling cards, and letters of authorityEvening and weekend rates areTBC.Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) MUSTAbility to work flexible evening and weekend hoursStrong communication skills and professionalism when dealing with tenantsJBRP1_UKTJ
