We are recruiting for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out condition surveys and RDSAP on a wide range of residential properties, including houses, flats, and blocks.

* Conduct detailed stock condition surveys

* Collection of accurate RDSAP data

* Work across houses, flats and blocks

* Paid per completed survey – competitive rates

Candidates should have the following experience and accreditation.

* Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor and experience collecting RDSAP data

* Preferably a qualified energy assessor

* Own transport

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
