Key Responsibilities Carry out internal and external stock condition surveys across residential properties

Identify and record component lifecycles, required repairs, and compliance issues

Provide accurate data to support asset management and capital investment planning

Ensure surveys are completed in line with compliance, health & safety, and organisational policies

Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of the survey programme

Produce clear written reports and maintain accurate digital records
