A leading facilities management provider has an exciting opportunity for a Static Building Services Engineer to join their team at a busy, high-profile distribution centre. This role comes as part of a major new contract win, and offers long-term security, varied day-to-day work, and the chance to be part of a growing, respected company!
The successful Static Building Services Engineer will:
Carrying out regular PPMs on all mechanical plant and electrical systems.
Attending breakdowns on all mechanical plant and electrical systems.
Completing PPMs on AHUs, FCUs and other mechanical plant.
Complete reactive plumbing work and maintenance.
Participate in a callout rota of 1 in 5, with a standby of £140 a week.
Static Building Services Engineer will be paid up to £38,590 + Callout + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.To qualify for this position as a Static Building Services Engineer, you must:
Hold 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential), and ideally an NVQ in Electrical Installations (not essential).
Have experience in facilities and building maintenance, and good knowledge of mechanical plant and general building services.The Static Building Services Engineer will be on £38,590 + Callout + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
