Position: Static Maintenance Electrician
Location: Morpeth, Northumberland
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
25 holidays per year + Bank Holidays
Are you a skilled Maintenance Electrician looking for a new challenge within a leading Facilities Management (FM) business?
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious FM client seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician. This role offers a competitive salary, generous benefits, and opportunities for overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems (e.g., distribution boards, lighting, machinery, and equipment). Fault-finding and troubleshooting of electrical issues that may arise across the site. Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards (18th Edition, etc.). Responding to and addressing any electrical faults or breakdowns promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the site's operations. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on equipment to avoid future issues. Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience: Essential:
