£45,000 Basic (Flexible for the Right Engineer)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Static Boiler Engineer to join a well-established hire company, working from a depot in the Walsall area.

This is a depot-based role, offering a stable working environment with no regular travel to site, ideal for engineers looking for consistency and work-life balance.

The Role:

• 
  Service, maintenance, and repair of temporary boiler units returned to the depot
• 
  Fault finding and diagnostics across a range of commercial heating equipment
• 
  Preparing equipment for rehire, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met
• 
  Supporting the wider depot team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 
  Proven experience working on commercial boilers and heating systems
• 
  Valid commercial gas qualifications (COCN1 or equivalent)
• 
  Experience within the hire sector is advantageous but not essential
• 
  Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Package:

• 
  £45,000 basic salary (flexible depending on experience)
• 
  40-hour working week
• 
  Overtime available
• 
  1 in 8 on-call rota (phone support only - no site attendance required)
•
