Job Description

Randstad are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our clients FM team. You will spend a significant portion of your time on Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and system checks, ensuring potential issues are identified before they lead to failure.\n\nIn addition to routine maintenance, you will be responsible for reactive repairs on Low Voltage systems and undertaking minor installation works. \n\nBenefits:\n\nCompetitive rate of £20.00 per hour (PAYE).\nTemporary opportunity \n40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 06:00 - 15:30\nOvertime opportunities Duties:\n\nPerform comprehensive PPMs and routine electrical system checks.\nDiagnose and repair faults within LV electrical systems.\nCarry out minor installation works and amendments to existing setups.\nWork collaboratively with a team of tradespeople to support overall site maintenance.\nMaintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.\n\nRequirements:\n\nMust hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.\nMust possess a valid 18th Edition (BS 7671) certification.\nProven experience in LV system maintenance and fault finding.\nA strong focus on preventative measures rather than just reactive repairs.
