Position: Static Electrical bias Building Services Engineer\n\nLocation: Manchester City Centre\n\nDuration: Permanent \n\nSalary: From £38,000 to £40,000 subject to experience level\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a large static site based in central Manchester\n\nThis engineer will be working on a multiple floor office block along side another maintenance engineer. Dealing with the on site planned and reactive maintenance as well as compliance\n\nThe right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services background. They do need to be electrical bias holding an electrical level 3 qualification and 18th Edition.
