CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Static Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to be based on a large, well-established commercial estate in Denmark Hill, South East London. You will be part of a dedicated on-site engineering team of 8 engineers, working collaboratively to deliver a high standard of planned and reactive maintenance across the site. The estate benefits from excellent staff facilities, including multiple coffee outlets, on-site restaurants, dedicated break areas, and secure bike storage, creating a comfortable and well-equipped working environment. Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday (40-hour week)
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, and FCUs
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably
- Perform routine inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system testing
- Ensure all works comply with F-Gas regulations and industry standards
- Respond promptly and professionally to breakdowns to minimise downtime
- Accurately complete maintenance records, job sheets, and reports
- Work closely with the wider engineering team to ensure smooth site operations
- Identify system improvements and recommend upgrades where appropriate
Package:
- Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
- Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

xbpsjku Requirements:
- Valid and up-to-date F-Gas certification
- Relevant NVQ / City & Guilds qualifications in Air Conditioning or HVAC
- Proven experience within an HVAC / Building Services environment
- Stable employment history within HVAC, FM, or Building Services
- Strong technical knowledge of a broad range of air conditioning systems
- Professional, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with flexibility in problem-solving
