We're looking for an organised and proactive Staffing Co-ordinator to support the successful delivery of catering operations across our exciting events calendar.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our events are fully and appropriately staffed, supporting everything from workforce planning and payroll administration to recruitment, onboarding and compliance.

What you'll be doing...
As Staffing Co-ordinator, you'll work closely with our People Lead, operational teams and external agencies to ensure our casual workforce is engaged, organised and ready to deliver exceptional service.
Staffing & Operational Support Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house casual staffing to ensure all events are appropriately resourced
Liaise with food teams and external agencies to meet event staffing requirements across all catering areas
Support operational delivery on event days by coordinating staff check-in and check-out processes
Ensure casual workers are allocated to the correct working areas
Support adherence to company uniform standards across the workforce
Payroll & Administration Oversee payroll processing for casual staff, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance
Manage payroll queries and work closely with the payroll team to resolve issues efficiently
Administer on-site accreditation for the catering team and maintain accurate records
Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date personnel records and documentation
Recruitment, Onboarding & People Support Support end-to-end recruitment activity for casual workers, including interviews and recruitment events
Assist with onboarding and training to create a positive and compliant induction experience
Support day-to-day employee relations matters, escalating issues where appropriate
Participate in disciplinary procedures when required by Heads of Department
Administer uniform ordering for new starters and replacement items
What can you bring?
We're looking for someone who is passionate about people and operational excellence.
Essential: Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality, catering or events environment
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
Experience supporting staffing, recruitment or workforce coordination activities
Good understanding of employee relations and the importance of applying policies consistently and fairly
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach
Desirable: Previous experience in staffing, workforce administration or Human Resources
Experience supporting onboarding and training activity
A genuine interest in hospitality, catering and events operations
