Working as part of the wider clinical team to provide a high standard of efficient, individualised patient care. A strong communicator with exceptional standards for customer service standards. Adhering to all of Ramsays policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients. A strong advocate of the Ramsay Way and People Caring for People, we are looking for a candidate with demonstratable recent experience within the surgical pre-assessment environment to join our pre operative assessment unit. Ideally a candidate who has already undertaken pre-assessment course. Clinical Duties Conduct holistic pre-operative assessments, including medical history, medication review, and clinical observations. Identify clinical risks, optimise patients pre-operatively, and escalate appropriately to anaesthetics, medical teams, or senior colleagues. Request and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, ECGs, MRSA screening) in line with service protocols.
