They are looking for a Staff Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with leadership skills to help deliver world-class solutions. You will work in a dynamic environment where your ideas matter and your impact is real. What You will Do Own and deliver major features and projects from design through completion. Partner with Product and Design to align delivery with user and business needs. Lead technical design for scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Influence engineering best practices across squads. Mentor senior developers and raise technical standards. Drive adoption of modern practices (CI/CD, observability, test automation). Leverage AI to improve quality and developer productivity. Your experience and background Deep expertise in distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, and API-first platforms. Full-stack experience with TypeScript ; familiarity with Java or Go is a plus. Knowledge of AWS serverless architecture and Kubernetes . Familiarity with frameworks like React and Spring . Proven ability to lead end-to-end project delivery. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Around 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
