We are recruiting for a Production Artist with Repro skills to join our team in Salford. This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, 2 days WFH and 3 days Office.

You will have a good level of experience working with the Adobe suite and ideally Repro of packaging artworks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend client meetings (e.g., pre-production) as necessary.
• Ensure high quality standards in all production client deliverables.
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of basic to complex artwork, effectively using industry standard software, tools, and print techniques.
• Perform assigned tasks within the overall Production workflow and budget, according to work order specifications, SOPs, and client brand guidelines.
• Maintain current project information in the project tracking system.
• Meet quality standards for all deliverables and suggest improvements to management.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a production or repro role or equivalent education and experience.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Proficiency with Apple Mac systems and Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, etc.
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Excellent analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Effective planning from conception to completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of mathematical concepts.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Influence peers and senior management effectively.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
