You will guide business growth, meet revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction through the expansion of rapid NGS solutions into Oncology, Reproductive Health and custom solutions. Working in a collaborative matrix environment, you will partner with sales, marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to implement commercial strategies and develop market opportunities.Your leadership will be essential in developing and retaining talent, creating a culture of excellence, and ensuring your team delivers exceptional customer value. You will use data-driven insights to enhance sales processes, maintain robust forecasting, and adapt strategies to meet evolving market demands. As a key leader, you'll support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer while embodying our core values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.A Day in the Life:Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Specialists across multiple regions to achieve commercial objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market expansion and execute business strategies. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust tactics to ensure consistent growth. Build strong customer relationships and support key accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.What to expect:Provide leadership and direction to a regional team across UK, Ireland, and NordicsDrive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through strategic executionPartner with sales, marketing, and product teams in a matrix environmentUtilize data and analytics to improve forecasting and sales processesSupport expansion of rapid NGS solutions across key application areasTravel up to 50% as requiredKeys to Success:EducationMasters Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related scientific fieldExperience12+ years of progressive commercial experience in life sciences, analytical instruments, or related industry3+ years of people management experience leading teams in a matrix environmentDemonstrated success in meeting sales targets and guiding business growthExperience implementing commercial strategies and tactical business plansExperience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales operations processesKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesDeep understanding of scientific workflows, applications, and customer needs in relevant marketsStrong strategic planning and business acumen with ability to analyze market trendsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage at all levelsStrong project management skills and attention to detailTechnical expertise in relevant product portfolios and applicationsProficiency with Microsoft Office suite and business intelligence toolsAbility to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environmentSolution-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesCompetenciesDemonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teamsAbility to build and maintain productive relationships across functionsStrong leadership presence and ability to influence stakeholdersAdaptability in a fast-paced and evolving market environmentBenefits:We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
