Our AI assistant frees up recruiting teams to focus on human connection by automating high‑volume, repetitive tasks.About The RoleAs a Sr. Functional Consultant, this role delivers software implementation projects that range in scope and complexity, leading customer configurations from post‑sale through launch.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Sales and Solutions Consultant to understand the project scope.Documentation Excellence: consistently create clear, accurate, and complete documentation for assigned tasks and solutions.Solution Visioning & Architecture: design effective solutions by understanding specific use cases and translating requirements into functional workflows.Resilience & Composure Under Pressure: maintain a steady demeanor when faced with unexpected questions or new challenges, seek answers proactively, and navigate unfamiliar tasks confidently.Adaptability & Innovative Thinking: demonstrate openness to new ideas and continuous improvement.Client Empathy & Support: understand client needs and respond professionally to maintain positive relationships.Proactive Problem‑Solving / Initiative: independently seek answers, test solutions, and commit to finding necessary information.Automation & Efficiency Drive: actively seek opportunities to leverage product capabilities to automate processes and improve efficiency.About YouWe seek individuals who possess the following qualifications.Basic Qualifications5‑6+ years Product & Platform Knowledge: solid understanding of core functionalities within our product suite and ability to demo key features.Integration Expertise: understanding of various integration types and API functionalities relevant to ATS platforms.Executive Presence & Influential Communication: delivers clear, well‑structured, and articulate presentations that effectively convey information and solutions.Other QualificationsIndustry & Process Knowledge: foundational understanding of common HR and recruiting processes.Our Approach to Flexible WorkWith Flex Work, we combine the best of both worlds: in‑person time and remote.
