You’ll partner closely with Account Executives, Product, Solutions and Customer teams to help organisations understand what’s possible with Zuora — and how to turn that into real business outcomes.This role is location-specific and designed for someone ideallybased in the London or Home Counties area, with regular time spent collaborating in our office to maximise impact.What You’ll Be DoingBecome a trusted Zuora expert through comprehensive onboarding and enablement across our products, solutions and use casesBuild strong technical relationships with customers and prospects, developing a deep understanding of their goals, constraints and operating modelsLead compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations for senior stakeholders, including C-level audiencesDesign tailored, end-to-end demos aligned to each customer’s strategic objectives across multiple industriesSupport complex enterprise sales cycles by securing technical wins, addressing objections and clearly differentiating Zuora’s valuePartner with Product and Solutions teams to influence roadmap priorities based on customer and market feedbackOwn adoption and technical health across accounts, ensuring customers realise value and meet agreed KPIsHelp shape commercial strategy and identify expansion opportunities across business units and use casesCoordinate technical resources across Zuora and our partners to support successful outcomesContribute to RFPs/RFIs, field events, and customer references where appropriateSupport escalation management and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive successTravel within your territory as neededWhat We’re Looking ForYou don’t need to tick every box — we value potential, curiosity and mindset as much as experience.5+ years’ experience in Sales Engineering, Presales, Solution Consulting or Solution ArchitectureStrong interest in — or experience with — SaaS, Cloud and enterprise technologyComfort translating technical concepts into clear, business-focused value conversationsExcellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical audiencesFamiliarity with subscription or recurring revenue models (or a desire to become an expert)Experience working within a structured sales methodology (e.g. MEDDIC, Value Selling)A general understanding of APIs and modern application architecturesBachelor’s degree and/or relevant FinTech or enterprise software experienceOur Technology EnvironmentYou’ll work alongside teams using modern, cloud-native technologies including:Life at Zuora (#ZEOLife)As a ZEO, you’re empowered to take ownership, think differently and make a measurable impact.
