This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leisure professional to take on a varied, hands-on role, supporting the day-to-day running of a busy multi-use sports centre within an educational setting at an independent boys school and college. The Role
As Duty Manager, youll play a key role in overseeing daily operations across both wet and dry facilities, as well as outdoor sports areas. Youll take the lead on shift, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and presentation are consistently delivered. Youll also step up in the absence of senior management and support wider operational objectives.
