Location: Peterborough and/or Milton Keynes
Salary: £30,000 - £43,000
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time – your choice!

This isn’t just another SLT job – it’s a role where your work matters. You'll be supporting adults with acquired or progressive neurological conditions, helping them find their voice again, improve their quality of life, and achieve meaningful goals.

What You’ll Need
- A degree in Speech and Language Therapy + HCPC registration
- A genuine interest or experience in neurorehab and adult care
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively in an MDT
- Kindness, empathy and a person-first mindset
- Dysphagia experience is a plus – but training is available if not

What You’ll Do
- Assess, diagnose, and treat adults with a range of neurological conditions
- Support communication and swallowing needs with tailored approaches and AAC
- Work closely with dietitians and chefs to improve the mealtime experience
- Help shape therapy plans and contribute to service development
- Build trusted, therapeutic relationships that help residents thrive
- Maintain the highest standards of care, safety and safeguarding
