Salary: £30,000 - £43,000

What You’ll Need

• A degree in Speech and Language Therapy + HCPC registration
• A genuine interest or experience in neurorehab and adult care
• Confidence working independently and collaboratively in an MDT
• Kindness, empathy and a person-first mindset
• Dysphagia experience is a plus – but training is available if not

What You’ll Do

• Assess, diagnose, and treat adults with a range of neurological conditions
• Support communication and swallowing needs with tailored approaches and AAC
• Work closely with dietitians and chefs to improve the mealtime experience
• Help shape therapy plans and contribute to service development
• Build trusted, therapeutic relationships that help residents thrive
• Maintain the highest standards of care, safety and safeguarding
