Frontier Consulting is partnering with a leading, well-established allied health clinic in Ballarat, Victoria to recruit motivated Speech Pathologists ready to relocate and build a long-term career in Australia.


This is a structured, supportive clinical environment delivering high-quality services across NDIS and My Aged Care, with strong supervision, multidisciplinary collaboration, and a focus on clinical excellence.


Your Role:

  • You will provide client-centred speech pathology services supporting communication, language, swallowing, and developmental needs, including:
  • Comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments
  • Individualised, goal-based treatment planning
  • Evidence-based therapy delivery across paediatric and/or adult caseloads
  • Support for children with autism, developmental delay, and communication difficultie
  • Dysphagia assessment and intervention (or willingness to develop skills)
  • Progress monitoring, reporting, and clinical documentation
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure holistic care


You will work alongside occupational therapists, physiotherapists, behavior support practitioners, and care coordinators in a highly collaborative team environment.

• AUD $80,000–$100,000 + super (approx. £42,000–£53,000) per Annum

Requirements:

• Speech Pathology degree (UK, Ireland or equivalent)

• Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia registration (and AHPRA where applicable)

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

• Paediatric and/or community experience desirable

• Interest in autism, developmental language, and communication needs
