Salary: Qualified Pay Scale (Banding dependent on experience)

Tempest Resourcing is currently working in partnership with a specialist SEN school in Chertsey to recruit a qualified Speech and Language Therapist for an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team within a well-resourced setting that caters for children and young people with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, speech and communication difficulties, and associated learning needs.
The Role:
Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to pupils across the school
Assess, plan, and implement individualised therapy programmes
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to support pupil progress
Contribute to EHCP targets and review processes
Support pupils' communication, social interaction, and emotional developmentThe Ideal Candidate:
Holds a recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
Is HCPC registered
Has experience working with children and/or young people with SEN (school-based experience preferred)
Demonstrates strong communication, organisational, and collaborative skills
Is available to start ASAPWhat's on Offer:
