Vacancy No 5432\n\nVacancy Title Specifications Manager – North UK (Rainscreen Products)\n\nLocation\n\nNorth of England (Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, or surrounding areas)\n\nDepartment: Sales / Specification\nReports to: National Sales Manager\nTravel: Field-based with regional travel\n\nVacancy Description\n\nPurpose of the Role\n\nThe Specifications Manager – North UK will be responsible for driving product specification and project opportunities for the company’s rainscreen cladding systems and facade solutions.\n\nThe role focuses on developing strong relationships with architects, facade consultants, contractors, and developers to ensure inclusion of the company’s products in design specifications and tender documentation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n1. Specification Development\n\n * Promote the company’s range of rainscreen cladding systems, sub-frame assemblies, and associated facade components to architects, specifiers, and facade engineers.\n\n * Identify and secure project specifications through early engagement in the design and planning stages.\n\n * Deliver CPD presentations and provide design and technical support to architectural practices and design consultants.\n\n * Maintain a detailed pipeline of projects via the company’s CRM system, ensuring all stages from design to tender are tracked.\n\n2. Technical & Commercial Collaboration\n\n * Work closely with the technical and design departments to provide accurate system information, fire certification details, and performance data.\n\n * Liaise with the regional sales team and approved installers to ensure specifications are converted to sales.\n\n * Support contractors during the tendering and submittal stages with compliant system solutions.\n\n * Provide feedback from the market to inform product development and innovation.\n\n3.

Market & Relationship Management\n\n * Build and manage key relationships with architectural practices, facade consultants, and building envelope specialists throughout the Northern UK region.\n\n * Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and professional networking forums.\n\n * Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends within the facade and rainscreen sector.\n\n4.
