This is a remote role, affording full flexibility and scope to support no matter your location. As a Specifications Technologist, your key responsibilities will include:Manage internal spreadsheets for product raw materials.Specifications and raw material approval - internal and retail.Ensure all relevant compliance's are met.Write and maintain brand and retail specifications.What You'll Bring:Proven experience as a food technologist - with a focus on specifications & raw materials.Qualified within a Food Science subject - ideally to degree level, although experience in a similar role would supersede this.Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and raw materials management.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise critical actions.Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach.Apply TODAY to express an interest.
